P1093 code was set on 2008 G37S today. What could the cause be?

Wife said car started but ran very ruff! She also had NO acceleration. I arrived in 15 minutes and engine ran fine and car drove home fine. My scan tool only found a P1093 code stored.

P0193 Fuel pressure rail circuit high input

When you get this code do the fuel rail pressure sensor, this will cause intermittent stalling, can it be caused by low battery, if the vehicle charging system is adequate then no (running is 14 volts) if the the alternator is not charging then yes.
