there is no power to the secondary air pump harness but the relay is new. i get continuity though.

P0410 Secondary air injection malfunction

Test for power at the relay, The ECM activates the the secondary air injection system,by grounding both the pump relay and the vacuum control solenoid. The secondary air only turns on during cold start up , it on for approxiamtely 60 seconds. You can get this code by the secondary air pump being non operational , or a disconnected hose for the seconday air.Test for power and check the fuse for the secondary air, To power on the seconary air pump jump the relay to turn it on.
