Check engine light on & I got the code P1450 on my 2004 Ford Freestar can pass the emission test after clearing the code? Need to pass emission test

You cant just reset the computer and smog the car, you will have to drive it for 20 miles or so for all OBD Readiness monitors to be complete (you can pass with 1 incomplete has long as the engine light is not on)

Possible causes

- Blocked EVAP canister or vent solenoid

- Kinked or collasped hose between canister and fuel tank

- Faulty Fuel Tank Pressure (FTP) sensor

- Fuel filler cap stuck closed, preventing vacuum relief
