Why does it read error

When I put gas in my car it doesn't start right away takes 2 try only when I put gas in it

Is there any code condition that occurs with this situation? If there is a case when the vehicle will not start or crank when the key is rotated in the start position and often the vehicle will crank and start  if the key is removed from the ignition switch and re-inserted and rotated to the start position , if tis is the case the ECM will need to be reprogramed
