ERROR code where the mileage should read???

ERROR code is on the odometer, where mileage should  be.

Does not have for example P022,  just says ERROR

When it does this it does not have the program or the ability to do certain request, you can reprogram the instrument cluster as long as it is a EVIC by using a factor level grade scan tool
