If there is no issues with miles per gallon or performance you can drive with it (how long you drive with it is up to you, I would not drive with the light on for more than a week)

The oxygen sensor (air to fuel ratio sensor) Bank 2 Sensor 1 will have to be replaced

it is in front of the engine on the exhaust manifold
