I have a 2005 Ranger with a 3.0 I get a P300 coed. I have changed the plugs put new spark plus wires changed the cam sensor. I have checked all vacuum lines. the truck stumbles intermittently. But will not go away, need help to figure out what else to do.

truck has 122K on it

P300 says multiple cylinder misfires

what octane of fuel are you using? I would use 91 octane from Shell and use a good fuel system cleaner and maybe do an intake flush (with seafoam or something)
