why won't my intrepid start. has p0725 and 0700 codes.

PO725 AND P0700 ON MY INTREPID THAT WONT START. WHY?

P0705 Transmission Range sensor

P0700 Transmission Fault detected

This is for the shifter signal, which will cause a invalid PRNDL , if the ECM does not see a Park or Nueral signal there will be not start, The range selector is on the valve body of the transmission.
