The code U1412 indicates that the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) or Transmission Control Module (TCM) is receiving an implausible signal over the CAN C circuit from the ABS Module. Check the connectors for both the ABS and PCM, and then clear the code. If the problem persists, I suggest using an OBDII scanner to monitor the Speed Signal. If no signal is detected, then the ABS Control Module needs to be replaced.
