1997 Dodge Dokota Sport V8 with engine code P0138

Question

1997 Dodge Dakota Sport V8 with engine code P0138. Replace evin if I just bought it I'm lost

P0138 -02 sensor  circuit  Bank 1 Sensor 2 short to voltage

Bank 1 is where cylinder 1 is located and Sensor 2 is the catalytic monitor sensor, what happens is a frayed wire, you may have to find this by peeling back the convoluted tube that houses the 02 sensor harness connection  and closly inspected for a frayed wire condition especially if power steering fluid or transmission fluid or even engine oil which will fray the wiring or the 02 sensor.
