My Nissan Altima V6 has these two codes how do I fix problem P1778 and P1718? Can you tell me how to fix my Nissan Altima V6 with these two codes P1778 and P1718?

I can't find any information for the P1718 code, but the P1778 code indicates you have a problem with the transmission Step Motor. You can find more information in the code page:

2003 Nissan Altima does not use those codes in the service manual, try to use a different OBD-II,  the one you are using is not compatible with your car
