This is  for the diagnositc leak pump where the ECM monitors the current to the leak diagnostic pump if the voltage drop is too slow or there is none at all P2421 is coded for the leak pump.Volvo has produced a TSB for improved the LDP TSB#TJ24325, where there has been a improved software for this condition
