2003 Cadillac CTS, I had the code P0158, replaced the sensor, and now I have the P0160

Question

On my 2003 Cadillac CTS, I had the engine code P0158, replaced the sensor, and now I have the P0160. The mechanics don't know.

P0158 -02 sensor circuit high voltage Bank 2 Sensor 2

P0160 -02 sensor circuit No activity detected Bank 2 Sensor 2

You need to test the 02 sensor signal voltage and determin if it is shorted to voltage,that or the 02 sensor is internally shorted.
