acura cl v6 showing p0005, is it the fuel shutoff valve?

Question

Acura cl 3.2 v6 showing p0005...is there a way to test the vacume? sucking on it does not seem to open or close the valve there is a small fuel filter on the same block as the valve, it has an opaque plastic reservoir cup...does not look like there is any particulate matter in the cup, does it open for cleaning?

Is this an Acura code with a different meaning than the generic defination?
