How hard is it to fix code P0449 in a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado 5.3L, and is it expensive to fix?

P0449 Evaporative emission (EVAP) vent solenoid control circuit

This is a very easy solenoid  to replace

 

The only issue that this code condition has is if there is difficulty refueling the vehicle fuel tank. If there is, then you apply TSB # 02-06-04-037J. The title of this TSB is Check engine light on (EVAP) code, fuel tank hard to fill. What you are supposed to do is replace EVAP vent solenoid assembly and filter box using the service kit.
