ML280 06' pulls really bad

Question

Hello, I recently experienced a problem on my ML280 2006mod. It runs/pulls really bad, really slow response. I ran a diagnose test with my icarsoft i980, and it finds the code: 2513-001, but it doesn't recognize/know what it is.

The car is in limp/emergency mode, and a yellow engine diagnose light is up.

What does this mean? What could be wrong? Car's milage is 119 000km.
