what do I check for when the 97 q45 cluster lights is out

I would like to about the cluster lights the radio was taken out now the lights dont work and I changed the fuse and bulbs but the lights still not on all the other lights on but those and now I cant see how fast im going

Try to brighten the dimmer switch and see if that works
