U1000 NISSAN -how can I find and fix this code when the ECM is not faulty?

The vehicle begins to slow down, the transmission indicators on the dash board disappears and the 4 WD shows immediately with the SES on , what can I do, it's worrying it happens anytime the vehicle travels over 70miles.
