P1166 Lamba Bank Control Limit ( Bank 1)

What this code indicates is the engine is either way too rich or too lean. Lean this can be from false air which are vacuum leaks that gets past the MAF (Mass airflow) sensor to a non functional fuel pressure regulator. Even a lack of a tune up such as replacing sparkplug , air filter. can cause this code condition. You can drive it without causing further damage. Just that you emission will be high and fuel economy will be poor.
