I got the engine code P0452 on my 2001 GMC Sierra 5.3L. I replace the gas pump tank pressure sensor and the engine light still on, my gas tank is almost empty?

The pressure sensor code can have a lot of different causes. Most cases the sensor isn't the problem. Usually what happens is there is a leak in the system and the pressure sensor doesn't see any change in the pressure. This in turn causes the code for the pressure sensor. Best method for testing is to have a smoke test performed to check for leaks.
