P1668 - car will not start. No gas

Question

2004 Land Rover Discovery. Intermittently, it would not start (no gas to the engine). If you let it sit for a few hours, it would start fine.
Tis time, it refuses to start.
It cranks fine, but no gas is getting to the engine.
It is giving a code P1668 on the OBD2 scanner
