Hi there,

This code means there is incorrect purge flow. This means when the purge control solenoid is suppose to open to pull the vapors out of the charcoal canister, either it isn't opening or it's stuck open all the time. This can also be a problem with the vent control valve. If it's stuck closed then the purge won't work. Usually if this is the case you will have trouble fueling the car. If the purge control valve is sticking open then usually you have a problem starting the car after filling it.
