My car is showing multiple codes.

Question

The engine light is on, randomly a Reduced Power Light will come on and the car will lose power. The codes are: P0128, P0171, P1125, P1516, P2125, P2138, and U0170.

I have already spent hundreds of dollars..... New gas cap, new accelerator pedal, replaced with a new throttle body -which did not help and was removed, had it in a shop -where they said a broken wire caused it the first time, it's been doing this off/on for almost 2 years! Please help......

P0128 Engine coolant temperature below thermostat regulation temperature

P0171 Fuel trim lean Bank 1

P1125 Accelerator pedal position system

P1516 Throttle actuator control (TAC) module throttle actuator position performance

P2125 Accelerator pedal position (APP) sensor 2 circuit

P2138 Accelerator pedal psotion  (APP) Sensor 1-2 correleation

U0170 Throttle actuator control (TAC) Module serial data circuit

In order for P0171 which is lean bank 1 to code . There has to be a enable criteria some of which are   which are P1516 and P2125 and P2138. and this will include P1125. The main code condition setting reduce power are P0171 . A lean engine condition will set reduce engine power
