po122 code on a 2000 Suburban 1500 5.3 Engine has intermittent high idle of around 2200. First checked the ground and supply voltage to the tps. All was good. Checked the variation of voltage on the tps and it was within specs. Changed out the tps and didn't fix the issue. Changed out the idle air valve and didn't fix it. Changed out the engine coolant sensor and didn't fix it. I then had a repair shop put their scanner on it and they said tps. So I put another one on and it's not fixed. All wiring looks good. Any ideas? My Actron scanner says one fix is replacing the air conditioning pressure sensor?

P0122 Throttle position sensor / switch "A" circuit low input

The condition for setting this code is the TPS signal voltage went low to about 0.2 volts If you tested the TPS you should have 0.6 volts at idle.(Key on engine off) and as you increase the throttle the TPS should increase to above 4.0 volts at wide open throttle.(WOT). Perform a throttle body cleaning and a MAF (mass airflow cleaning) clear the codes. If this is a circuit problem with the TPS there should be another code set along with it. Such as P1639 , leave the A/C pressure sensor alone. its not the problem. it can not set a idle to 2200
