I replaced the TPS sensor on my car because I was getting a reading of .58 volts at idle when it's supposed to be between 1.2 and 1.6 volts. After I replaced it that voltage went up to .6 volts. It reads higher wide open than the original tps I had on it and runs a little better; but what would you suggest I look at next because it's still not quite where I'd like it to be?

The throttle position sensor for this vehicle is a non adjustable TPS the specification are at idle with a closed throttle 0.3 volts and wide open throttle 4.8 volts. You can do this test with key on engine off. If the new TPS allows it to run better you can leave it.

Voltage At Idle 0.3 - 0.9 V
  At Closed Throttle 0.3 V
At Wide Open Throttle 4.8 V
