What is the most likely culprit for a P0068 code?

My 2005 Dodge stratus came up with the P0068 code after I changed the camshaft position sensor when that code came up and then the MAP sensor a week after that. It tends to idle high and then not want to shift into gear and revs up to 4k before I take my foot off the peddle and then back on it and it kicks in.

P0068 Dodge - Manifold Absolute Pressure/Mass Air Flow Sensor

check for intake leaks first. Throttle body might be dirty as well as mass air flow sensor

Possible causes

- Faulty Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor

- Large vacuum leak

- Leaking air duct system

- Mass Air Flow (MAF) poor electrcial connection

- Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) poor electrcial connection

- Faulty Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor

- TP sensor not seated properly
