Change MAS Clean, air filter, check for leaks. Still, I get the codes P0068 and P0101 why?

I need to know what to do next to check. The dealer told me it is the MSA. Change it with the original part. My vehicle is a 2006 Volkswagen Touareg 3.2L

P0068 MAF to throttle position correlation

P0101 MAF circuit range / performance

There are two thing to check the air duct to the MAF to throttle body sealed and no leaks that will allow false air. The MAF sensor connection properly connected and fully seated with the MAF sensor air flow direction being correct.
