The part is most likely a dealer item or order it online. Dirty oil can also cause this issue, I would start by replacing the oil with the correct weight the car uses if the oil is more than 4k miles. Replace the filter as well and use Mobil 1 oil. 

The variable cam timing solenoid can also be clogged you might be able to clean it with brake cleaner.

Possible causes

- Cam timing improperly set

- Continuous oil flow to the VCT piston chamber

- VCT solenoid valve stuck open

- Camshaft advance mechanism binding (VCT unit).
