P1703 Brake On-Off (BOO) switch

This is the brake switch, During a self test Key On Engine Running test (KOER) The scan tool tell you to turn the steering wheel ,and step on the brake,and cycle the O.D (if equipt) . You get this code is the brake was not depressed.
