P0705 Ford - 2002 F250. Speedometer quit working.

P0705 Ford - 2002 F250. Speedometer quit working. Engine light did not come on. Koeo test indicates P0705. Backup and brake lights working, Engine will not start in gear. Don't know if trouble code is related to speedo or not. All other instruments working ok and haven't found any bad fuses. Any suggestions?

the digital transmission range sensor might be misaligned or bad.
