P0773 MAZDA -

I have a 2006 mazda 3, 44000 miles It was in a accident I replaced the neutral safety switch and the throttle body, the car has a po773 code that comes on as the car is started and cannot be cleared while car is running, Ive checked wiring harness from one end to the other, no damage, I have swapped out e solenoid with no help, Ive ohmed out wires from tcm to solenoid no problems,  the car jerks when put into gear had car to mazda dealer they are unable to cure getting absolutely pissed off hate mazdas period.
