2003 Chrysler pt cruiser turbo, code p0441 plus loud noise...is it the fuel pump?

Question

Just had the radiator replaced, water pump, timing belt, then thermostat went out, then power steering pump. Now another loud noise...shop says ps belt? I have heard this noise before and believe it to be the fuel pump. Now the code p0441 is indicated. Where are the evap trouble spots located?

P0441 is Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow, did the code come on after you filled up gas?

if possible the gas cap is loose or the seal is bad. Tighen the gas cap and reset the light is the first thing to do, or if the seal is dry replace the gas cap with an Orginal gas cap don't use aftermarket gas cap.
