P1221 Throttle position sensor 1-2 correlation condition

P1271 Reduced engine power

A reduce engine power P1271 will occur with any other DTC . So if there is another DTC that will need to be resolved first which can a does trigger P1271. The first inspection is to check the fuse # 23 which is the ETC fuse. What set this code condition is is a disagreement with the TPS  which you have 2 that are part of the throttle body assembly.
