I tested the battery, fuel pump, voltage to CPS, power to and from the starter, every fuse in the vehicle except the ecu (not to be confused with the PCM). Does this vehicle need a relearn procedure done after replacing the crank position sensor in order to work properly?

Vehicle: Mitsubishi outlander LS 2003 2.4 L FWD

P0335 Crank position sensor circuit

There is no crank relearn that needs to be performed . P0335 bad or loose connector can surely cause this code condition. Check the connection
