Whats a TBC fault in F350 2006 6.0 Liters 8V

TBC stands for Trailer Brake controller system it normally pop up when there is excessive crank time or low voltage. if you have a battery jump try to jump start the car. 

You will need a OBD-II reader to try to read any code it might have. The no start could be ficm (fuel injection control module) related if you have not replaced the fuel filter or if you ran out of fuel I have seen this give an issue
