2002 ford explorer P1151

Heading ##Engine hesitates sometime when i stop at a stop light and sometimes shuts off, i have changed all three catalytic converters, all 4 O2sensors, i even replaced engine and computer, fuel filter and still engine hesitates and shakes a lil and shuts off sometimes when i change gear to drive or reverse help please!!!

P1151 Lean fuel trim condition

Make a inspection for a vacuum leaks and unmetered air that gets past the MAF (mass airfllow) is false air and will interrupt the air to fuel ration . Check and inspect the PCV valve and hose and this includes the brake booster vacuum hose A faulty IAC (idle air control) can also cause this condition with a faulty EGR system there are 2 TSB that may apply to your condition TSB 03-3-5  this is for rough idle dealing with the IAC and TSB 04-11-1 this is for the EGR system
