98 ford explorer all wheel drive auto 5.0 replaced oxygen sensor bank 2 upstream and down stream bank 1 down stream since the center consel had to come off engine runs great but lite came back what else can i check.

P1151 Upstream H02S not switching

Vacuum leak especially at the MAF air duct for any opens and check the PCV vacuum hose for vacuum leaks,. P1151 when this code occurs this is more of a failed or open connection of the 02 sensor which is for Bank 2 Sensor 1.
