2011 Elantra code P0711

We have a 2011 Elantra with code P0711. Dealer says $450 to change which I don't have. Can you tell me where it is located, or what another possible cause is? Seems weird it would fail quickly. Note from dealer also said SRY0, have no idea what that means.
