put 4 02 Sensors on my 2003 Montero still get P 0 154 Code

Question

put on 4 02 Sensors And still get P O 154 Code how Can I figure out it Auto Zone sold me a bad part or my Mechanic screwed it up When he put it on or is it my Montero that is messed up ? I dont Know What to do all l know Is l cant afford to play guessing game

P0154 Heated 02 sensor circuit no activity detected Bank 2 sensor 1

This code is for the engine management sensor or the upstream sensor on bank 2. In order for this code condition to occur the 02 sensor does not get across 0.5 volts within 30 seconds. This can code this condition if the harness of the 02 sensor is not connected. For this code condition check and inspect the harness this is a disconnected 02 sensor. Either at the 02 sensor or along the harness of the 02 sensor or at the ECM. Hopefully its not in the ECM. Another option is return the 02 sensor or use a volt meter and test the heater circuits.
