2002 Mitsubishi Montero Sport 3.0L V6 with engine code P0174, what to do?

Question

Replaced Radiator, O2 sensor, exhaust manifold, fixed codes P0154 but not P0174 and won't pass smog ..hoses checked in great condition

P0174 Fuel trim lean Bank 2

The intake plenum gasket and the fuel injector seal on the Mitsubishi has a high tendency to leak and take in false air which can cause the lean condition
