P2110 Mazda - how do I fix this?

Question

Car seems to miss between gears and RPM'S jump up and down, idles rough when sitting still, also will cut off randomly and take a few try's to get her running again.. Changed 3 ignition coils recently I thought another one went bad possibly. But I didn't get the usual cylinder # that was bad and the code with it instead u got these 3.. P2110 U0101 U0100.. I've seen a lot of different thing about PCU,ECU,TBS, etc but don't understand any of it. really would love some help. Only car we have at the moment and I'm out of a job.
