P2A00 Infiniti & P1815 Infinity after running over a tire

Question

My Wife ran over a retread that spun off a tractor trailer and today the check engine light came on. Had the codes checked and P2A00 & P1815 came up. Could both the Manual Mode and Air Fuel Ratio Sensor Circuit both be in the same harness? Trying to figure out if they are related or unrelated. And tips on initial troubleshooting. Is driving with these codes while work on this unadvised?

Running over a tire. you will need to find out what type of code condition these are either one can be a intermittent code condition. There are hard code or soft code and intermittent code condition. To find out clear the codes. The ECM looks for opens circuits, short circuits, grounds, rationality and irrationality. If you are dealing with a open  ciircuit short circuit or grounded circuit, you will code up right away, If it is a soft code condition aftering clearing the code the monitors will have to be set and met. This means you will have to drive the vehicle. if the code comes back this will be soft and you can be sure that it is not related to running a tire over.Just look underneath the area that was hit by the tire and look for any damage that could be of cause.You can drive with these codes condition you are going to have to for the test.
