You need to inspect the charcoal canister if this code condition comes on just after filling the tank , What the 02 sensor is doing is correcting for a running rich condition by commanding lean. The cansiter is located at the rear axle. Use this TSB for the solution TSB # 01-9-4 This has to do with the EVAP Y- tube connection which may also cause stalls .
