P0128 replace the thermostat if there are no coolant leaks

p0496 EVAP canister issue, check the hoses first by the pruge contorl valve

Possible causes

- Faulty EVAP canister vent valve

- Faulty EVAP canister pruge valve

- Plugged EVAP canister condition

- Faulty EVAP pressure sensor
