How do I get rid of these codes please give more information hard to find anywhere else on the web

I have a 2016 Dodge 3500 6.7 l and have a reoccuring p244a and a p2bac code the first one is diesel particulate filter differential pressure too low the second one is n o x exceedance deactivation of EGR help

The code 2BAC this is Nox exceeded, P244A Diesel particular filter differential pressure too low.,You only diagnose P244A  because of this code , your EGR is disabled, so this would set a 2BAC. , The way P244A is set, is there is no pressure, that or  either the exhaust differential pressure sensor does not report the correct range, P244A is set when there no pressure , exhaust missing particular filter , or even broken filter do this .
