P2289 Ford - after replacing the icp the truck will crank but no start any ideals to try

The pickup shut off going down the road and would not start again I replaced the icp sensor it was leaking oil through it then tried to start it but nothing I am getting p 2289 code any ideals of what's going on

P2289 Injector control pressure (ICP ) too high

There was a recall for the ICP connector Recall # 05S34S3 where the connector was to be replaced, When this code condition occurs there is no signal reaching the PCM this is why there is no restart.
