P1120 Ford Focus I changed sensor. Is there an adjustment when installing?

I changed the sensor and the light went out for a short time, I am reading about an adjustment but many ideas are foe a Lexus not a Ford Focus.

did you also clean the throttle body?

there is no actual adjustment for the throttle position sensor, is your RPM too high? 

make sure its installed correctly and throttle plate is not sticking and the throttle cable is not bent.
