The code is P0031 and reads "HO2S Bank1 Sensor1 Heater Circuit Low". I replaced the pre-catalytic O2 sensor (Bosch, California Standards) and cleared the code. However the code came back on again almost immediately. What should I do next? My car is a 2003 Camry LE 2.4L with 73000 miles.

P0031 Oxygen sensor heater control circuit low (Bank 1 sensor 1)

Bank 1 sensor 1 this is the engine management sensor or the upstream, This is a airflow sensor (referred to as 02 sensor) If you have the old 02 sensor install it, if the same code appear two condition exist, the heater circuit needs to be measure it should measure battery voltage, if not there is a electrical problem, Another is poor connection or improper airflow sensor.
