P2135 2004 Infiniti G35

Question

Is there a way to isolate the cause to the throttle body sensor or to the accelerator position sensor? If I replace a part, how can I tell that the problem is fixed, or do I just have to drive around an pray that I don't end up in limp mode somewhere? Thanks.

a dirty throttle body can also cause this issue. 

you can try to clean the throttle body and reset the idle air relearn
