I had my engine rebuit getting OBD code P0171 does this have something to do with my engine?

Had engine rebuilt getting obd code p0171. Wondering if this code is part of that service?

P0171 Fuel trim lean Bank 1

When you have a lean condition this is when you have more air than fuel ratio, It can be from a engine rebuilt such as a leaking intake manifold , or a leaking EGR valve , or even a disconnected vacuum line not properly secured during the engine assembly. This can also be from low fuel pressure. which has nothing to do with the engine rebuild. More than likely this would be from the engine rebuild.
